The project is located at the northwest corner of the intersection of Zhongma Avenue and Jinxiu Avenue, belonging to the core area of the China-Malaysia Qinzhou Industrial Park, adjacent to the management committee of the Qinzhou Port Area of China (Guangxi) Pilot Free Trade Zone. The project has a total land area of 102 mu and a total construction area of 260,000 m2. It consists of three sub-projects, namely Beidou Phase I, Beidou Phase II, and International Intelligence Apartments. It is positioned as a new type of industrial complex that can fully meet the needs of high-tech research and development, production, business, living, and commercial activities around the Beidou industrial chain.
